I've had trouble cloning Solaris and Irix disks going from IDE reader to
SCSI burner, even when taking the intermediate step of writing the image to
disk first. IDE/read to IDE/write or SCSI/read to SCSI/write have been OK,
though. YMMV. Don't have one of those fancy BurnProofs yet.  .  .

Still, I would've thought you'd be OK supplying data to an IDE writer from a
SCSI source. Espescially if the BurnProof/JustLink technology does exactly
what it's supposed to.
