128Mb, same as on the Linux laptop.  Even 64Mb should be adequate though,
as I'm not really doing much.

millions of colours, same as on the Linux laptop.  Whether that 'millions'
is 24-bit or 32-bit I couldn't say.

Whatever came with the imac.  Unfortunately, the OSX system profiler app
doesn't seem to want to tell me anything useful.  Anyway, as far as the
Mac goes I am strictly a user, I don't particularly want to know that sort
of detail :-)

Yes, I know they promise that they will eventually support all this, but
they don't *now* and so the product is not ready and so should not have
been released.

Didn't even know there was one.  One thing I'll say in Apple's favour,
nessus didn't find anything I'd worry too much about about when I scanned
a freshly installed OS X.  Makes a refreshing change from that other
common Unix-a-like.
