[geeks] Stuff I found/got at auction. What now?

I bought one of these terminal servers recently, but haven't had a chance to
use it yet...

I had planned to use it to access a serial console port on a workstation,
but I can't see how to do this in the manual... Though there was mention of
"reverse telnet" in the manual... Anyone know how do this?

I will probably hang it off a VT420 to telnet into my various systems...
