Err, that was a mid sized business. And I would think that a T1 would be
cheaper to run than 20+ phone lines. A T1 is only 2 wires isn't it?

Someone told me that the dorms didn't have ethernet ports, but did have
unmetered ISDN jacks (for on campus calls at least). But again, that was
several years ago.
