True. I was just naming the maximum clock speed for the machines.
This is a dream setup... might as well go for the top of the line.
I'm unfamiliar with the blade 1k so I don't know the max I could put
in it. Also I have different uses for the different machines. The
G4 would be closer to general use for me (A/V production work in
final cut, audio wave form editing in OLD software that I still have,
photoshop, etc). The Octane would *RULE* but it would get less than
general use for the things I do. I'd love to have both if I could.
His question was for general use so thats what I mentioned. Of
COURSE I'd rather have the Octane first but that wasn't the question.
