if you're an average joe who collects shit and wants to get rid of one
thing every now and then, you arent a reseller.

if you're trying to pay off your visa card by selling half of your
collection, you're a temporary reseller and need to temporarily

if you buy something with the intent of reselling it, you are most
probably a reseller.

the main point of the rule is to keep the main lists from getting clogged
by "we have x for cheap!" constantly.
