I haven't had any problems with my Linksys PCMCIA cards talking to
my Apple Airport base station (at the time I bought it, that was
the cheapest base station available.  It does look neat.).  I also
have no problems talking between the Linksys PCMCIA cards and my
Intel PCMCIA cards.
