My bill went from $130-$140/mo to $177 when I got
a roommate his 3 computers and network switch. I
think him being around and using the stove and
lights while I'm out of town all the time has
something to do with it, too.

It's a nice 72F in here and it's 80 or so outside.
One central A/C unit.
