I've never had an issue with FedEx - and use them on occasion.  However, I
refuse to use FedEx ground for one simple reason - I used to work for RPS.
In college I worked graveyard on the loading dock.  You do *not* want to
know how your packages are being handled.  No, really - you *DON'T*  ;)
