I think this really means you are given one port off a 100 MB/s switch. You
don't have a clear 100 Mb/sec of bandwidth to the internet - that would be
*how many* T1s? 64? (64x 1.5 Mb/sec = 96 Mb/sec)

And what's the going rate for a T1?
