It seems it just doesn't like the network at work, I had it plugged into a 
10Mbps port on our switch and it just wasnt happy,

I took it home and hooked it up to my DSL and its happy as can be.

Right now I'm busy hunting down software for it, seeing what tricks I can 
make it do :)
