Nope.  Block of 10 static IPs with the DSL, and one dynamic
IP (in front of a Linksys DSL/Cable router/NAT gateway).
To use one or the other, I either assign a static IP or 
do a DHCP request off the Linksys, which assigns me a 
192.168.1.x IP.

All of this goes into my switch, so all I have to do is
change the IP on the box i'm on.
