I think there are a few that run linux.  Still, I'm not sure that I'd want
to run anything on a 32 proc intel machine. 

Anyway, the question is what would the price of 2 PCI bus board be
compared to a good enough Sun.

BTW, how do non Intel PCI platforms (PPC, Sun, SGI, etc) deal with
interupts?  Do they adopt the Intel insanity about IRQs, or do they
dispense with IRQs altogether?  Whatever they do, is can't Intel platforms
design mobos to adopt the same solution?
