[geeks] Fast MMU Access Miss

Hi,
I have this old machine:
SUNW,Ultra-5_10,
Memory size: 64 Megabytes
OBP 3.11.9 1998/03/06 10:31
POST 2.2.9 1998/02/19 17:54

When I tried installing Solaris 2.6 using netinstall,
I got the following error:
Fast MMU Access Miss

Can anybody help me out of this?

Also, can anyone tell me how can I upgrade the OBP to
OBP 3.27 (I think it is the latest)?
