I've got an issue with ticketmaster; they claim they'll return the charges
on my credit card for the tickets I bought (2x 49.50), but not the
"handling charge" (3.50) and the shipping charge (14.50). Now, I *know*
that what they sent me the tickets in was a $5 (max) two-day-air UPS
letter package, (1) pound, and I could give a flip less about the handling
charge.

How do I go about telling Visa to gimmebackmymoney and tell ticketmaster
to fsck off because the product is not useable as delivered? Is there a
number for Visa, or do I need to talk to my bank?
