The only thing that jumps out at me is the top line
with the "THIS SITE IS INDEPENDENT OF AND...".

The font looks too large and is in bold. I would make
the size much smaller, use upper/lower case and tuck
it in a little box.

Using my "Links" (text browser):

Everythink loads up fine and looks clean.
