We're a team of 7 to admin 4300 Linux boxes, and there's one MIS guy who
takes care of all the windows desktops for the ~40 customer service,
tech support and billing folks. People are free to choose their own OS,
even bring your own machine if you prefer, but there's only one Mac).
About half of tech support uses linux and does their own admin.
