[geeks] Mac and Cheese (aka Kraft Dinner)

it does indeed need refridgeration --- and dont forget to include a side
order of head cheese -- when i was in jr high my after school job was at
the corner market and butcher shop (for $1 an hour -- or is that showing
my age too much) and i got to help make and sample all sorts of deli
food
