[geeks] Mac and Cheese (aka Kraft Dinner)

In Schuylkill County we had "opera fudge" (chocolate coated cream fudge) and
"club sandwiches" which were literally saltine cracker peanut butter
sandwiches coated in chocolate (and really good). And, Tastykakes are about
the only snack cake anybody will sell there.
