I would rather hope that *isn't* enough to get him taken down.  Otherwise
anyone could have their account nuked on a mere accusation.  Certainly if
I were the service provider, you'd need to do more than just make an
accusation.

And anyway, if he's really dedicated, just nuking his account won't have
any effect, as he'll be back using another within days.
