Uh, wearing out the flash cells is not an issue... unless your taking
special steps to put stuff in flash (which not only PalmOS units have)
stuff goes in RAM.... just average normal RAM.  A Palm is never truly
'off'.  Well, except when you take out the batteries for a while =)
