If you can't find the boot floppies, you shouldn't install it ;-)

I may just do that when I get a board on the way to me that will
handle the P133 I have sitting here. I am too busy looking for a job
to be screwing with computers that aggravate me further, so I will
just let the computers stand at the one I need for job hunting and so
forth. As an aside, and for future notice, got a URL to said install
floppies? Are there any for OpenBSD?

why do you need a CD? download the install floppies and install
using FTP
directly from netbsd.org. you've got cable, it would be fast.
