In some cases the person may not know what details need to be
provided nor how to get those details. That's one thing I know I am
really bad about. My brother seems to know he has to ask for things
specifically and tell me how to find them. I am pretty good about
figuring out hardware, but otherwise I am pretty lost. I admit I am
still a big time newbie to Unix and Linux, but I am trying though
things don't always work out.
