Actually no.... but you may have run into what I'm talking about.. Run
VI, edit a file that doesent fill up the screen - then delete four or
five lines with "dd" quickly.. it doesent redraw/refresh fully or 
properly...  its like the word-wrap fucks with things.

(even with font smoothing turned off..)
