Here is what I am strongly considering then:

Daytona Video nVidia GeForce 2 MX400-64 MB PCI

$85.90 from Dalco.com

without TV out... they have a TV out card for $91.90, but I can't see 
wanting or needing this feature since I'd only want such a feature on my 
Mac anyways.

Caveats? My only concern being the board vendor doing weird things, but 
if they have to conform well with Nvidia's spec then it shouldn't be an 
issue...

The system is a:

Intel PR440FX Dual Pentium Pro 200 Mhz 1MB Cache Stepping 9
512MB ECC RAM (maxed out)
Intel EtherExpress 100
Adaptec 7880 built-in SCSI with an IBM Ultrastar 9zx in it

I am currently playing: Half-Life (all 3), NOLF, Return to Castle 
Wolfenstein (I just ordered the OS X version), Gunman Chronicles, 
Diablo, Diablo II LOD, Shogo (occasionally), Baldur's Gate 2, and was 
considering Aliens vs. Predator 2.
This is basically a router and an overkill game box but who cares right?
