Interesting linux OpenGL tidbit.  From the Maya site, Maya runs best on the
ATI FireGL 2 and 4 cards.  Now the SGI linux machines, not the fancy HPs
with the HP Xserver, but the FireGL 2s and 4s with XFree.  Plus the FireGLs
apparently support workstation features like overlay planes.  Sweet.  I wonder
what these cards cost, and if they are more stable than my nvidea card.
