You, sir, are a large man.  I have no idea what my chest, arms, or neck
measure - but I know they're not as big as yours :)  My waist is
currenytly 36-38 depending on the type of pants.  I actually only have a
size 9.5 shoe - or 9 depending on manufacturer.  That's something of a
sore point for me for some reason - I always thought I should have had
bigger feet..
