Grrrrrr... This is almost as bad as Josh's prof. I provided .PDFs, .DVIs,
.TXT, and a few other esoteric formats BUT THEY WANT WORD!!!!

This would explain why they never got back to me before BECAUSE I SENT IT
IN WORDPERFECT FORMAT.

I want to snap someone off at the neck, right here, right now.
