[geeks] Forte C question

Hey, after untarring all the tars for Forte C, the installer failed due to
lack of X.  

However, I see in products/Forte_C/packages, there are a lot of packages.  Can
I just pkgadd these and have Forte work?

Also, can you do the license renewing thing with Forte C++?  Either way, I
think I should installing that rather than just Forte C.  Wasn't paying
attention I guess.
