Every time I've complained to eBay (twice for: "This page doesn't work.
IIS pukes when I try to access it.".  Several times for other crap), I've
gotten the same impression. I guess when you have "more registered users
than four times the number of bricks in Yankee Stadium" you don't need to
give a shit about the noisy ones.
