It's not a mainframe, but I just love that my NetApp Filer emails NetApp
and requests things like disks and power supplies.

One time it email NetApp and opened a support ticket for a failing PSU,
which actually wasn't failing - turns out Exodus cut the power to half
of our cage ]-(
