Hell, we used to have "bulk transfer" days where you 
could pile all kinds of crap in front of your house and 
the city would take it.  If the cops caught anyone 
taking something off of a pile, they would get arrested. 
And they want us to recycle in Jersey.  Blech.

I don't think we have a tech corridor (maybe a pollution 
corridor) and you'd get busted anyway.  Some companies 
would take a sedge hammer to it before putting it out 
anyway.  No sense of humor.
