Antiques - most likely.  My parent were antique dealers for a long time,
and some pieces of furniture are worth *hundreds* of *thousands* of
dollars depending on the piece.  Restoring antiques, especially some of
the more popular eras and styles, is painstaking work.  And if you ruin
it, the piece ends up being relatively worthless...
