I thought that was a different southern state.

I seem to remember that the Japanese kid liked to get in people's
faces talking in Japanese and making wild gestures.  He thought
it was funny.  He did it late at night, at a stranger's door, and
wouldn't leave when warned.  Think of it as evolution in action.
