you can't put 20 CPUs in every Onyx.  only the rackmount one.  and unless he
just bought a RM Onyx for $50 (which i'm sure he didn't) he will be limited to
4 CPUs.  i'm not saying that's not many, but it isn't close to 20 either. ;)
