Basically, they own the promotion/licensing rights to the "Speed Racer"
franchise, and they're not granting *you* any of those rights other than
those needed to own one of the cars.  

They dont want you to do "Hey, come down to the Joe's Quick Stop grand 
opening and look at the Mach 5, today on 107.7 CRAP radio" -style promos..
