With much coaxing and cajoling.

I should show you the letters I am writing to BMI British Midland, for
inflicting a weal upon my leg on a previous transatlantic flight. An
exit row seat is all very well and good, but the seats are too damned
narrow.

I have also "explained" to check in staff, that if the put me in the
middle of an aircraft, I will be a hazard, and the person in front of
me will not recline. (I should have slapped some bint who reclined in
to my knees repeatedly the first time I few over here. I was too
polite. Never again.)

I have been in business class twice, thanks to a drunken Irishman, and
a sympathetic check in chappie. I would very much like never to have
to see economy or economy plus ever again. Airlines just do not
realise the pain of ditting in those damned seats.

On a lighter note, I should have enough air miles from my various
travels last year to upgrade to Business class for my transatlantic
home. Peace and quiet. Sleep.
