I'm (obviously) running Outlook (not OE) 2000.  I can see it.

Now this keybord tht doesn't hve n '' key is driving me nuts.  Off to the
prts bin.  I'm tired of hitting ctrl/v to pst in the '' chrcter.

Well, the header is in the headers.  Can anyone verify that they got the
warning?  Also, does this work for both outlook and outlook express, or
only the full outlook?
