I have a 16 port Baystack 350T.
It is half way decent. have had the normal autonegioate issues, and
the most I have done through it is 50Mbps.
It supports vlans, port mirroring, snmp, per port
traffic stats (including errors and whatnot) and per port
negiotaton settings. I am sure there is stuff I am missing
Been real stable as long as you leave room for air to flow
through it (side to side cooling with three fans on one side).
I would not put my enterprise on it, but it is a nice switch
for home.
