P4-Athlon refers to the power supply capability, usually 350-400W, usually
listed as being compatabile with the processor on AMD/Intel's website.
Athlons are annoyingly picky about power.
I've used Enlight cases for a few years, and like them. Plenty of room to
work on them, though not as 'uberl33t' looking as some others, and not as
expensive to boot.
