The 50s are.  Not sure about the 30s.  That's handy to know though.  There 
is still plenty of room for more breakers in the box.  I forget what the 
master breaker is.  It was reasonable at the old house, but this one is
nearly 40 years old, so it might not be so great (probably not to bad if it
is sending 50As to subpanels though).
