Sounds like an out-of-the-box OpenBSD install to me. Only the bare
minimum stuff running.
And it also sounds like good sysadmin practice...no need to run rpc
portmapper, nfsd, apache, postfix, linuxconf, telnetd, or slapd or
whateverelse on a box that just does nameservice.
