Bill already covered www.theregister.co.uk.  I've seen it labelled as
carrying FUD by some, but those people are usually the ones on the
bad side of a good analysis.  And usually the analysis ends up being
true =)

I check http://lwn.net/daily  Linux Weekly News daily page.  Good
reporting from these folks... and they aren't just linux weenies.
They generally have intelligent comments on the goings on and put
out a good weekly report too (leave off the "daily").

I like http://www.arstechnica.com/.  Some decent geek-type news there,
and when they put out a technical paper, it makes for some good and
interesting reading...

Most of the other good ones have been hit in this thread...
