ahaha. actually, in this order:

1.  maturity / intelligence / honesty
2.  playfulness, etc ("hey, lets go driving around randomly...")
3.  ability to put up with my weird hobbies
4.  T&A (not really a leg man at all)

Notice I didnt list "sex" on there.  Reason being, everyone's good at
it, just in different ways.. so I dont have criteria for that.  well,
other than "female". 8-) 

(its also not *required*, in a good relationship.  Sometimes, just having
 someone there is enough...)
