I have a PCI card that does MPEG-1 made by a company called Dazzle
Multimedia. It's a couple of years old, but hasn't been used in about a
year. $50 and it's yours. I have a card made by Dazzle called the Digital
Video Creator II that does MPEG-2. I'll ask $150 for it.
