Totally!  You shopuld be able to get 400ci with *zero* problems.  If you're
not that advernturous, you can get a 383 out of it.  Personally, I'd go for
383 - as there are tons of parts out there to do this, and it's a common and
well documented conversion.  The 400 is nearly as easy - but may require
some extra machining on the block.

I know a guy that had a 408 stroker made from a Dodge 360.  Cost major
mullah though - as he had a shop in FL do nearly all the work (KRC
Performance).
