I used to get those when I had less then normal amounts of caffeine
in a day, but have learnt to have at least three glasses of pure
distilled water in the day, which helps clean the pipes out a bit.
This, I hope, will help when/if I ever decide to quit drinking a 2
litre of Mountain Dew(albeit CDN dew, not US Dew), or at least lessen
that to a smaller quantity over a higher length of time.
