oh, certainly. i mean, nothing quite like going out and turning a bunch of
otherwise cute rodents into a seive. probably more effetive than the
flowers in the short-term, but the flowers tend to keep the wandering ones
from coming too close.

i ended up putting in the flowers after i tripped in a mole-hole and
broke an ankle when i was 13 or 14. not fun. at one point i tried to drown
them out with a hose and some dishwashing detergent (definitely not
effective).
