I know what you mean.  But that's not as bad as the company which made
*me* redundant a shade over a year ago and *didn't* tell any of the
admins in other offices.  So yes, I still had the keys to the kingdom,
and could get in to 'em from anywhere.  My accounts weren't deleted
until several days later, when I did the right thing and told the other
admins.  They didn't change the passcode on the front door, or to the
machine room either, as I found out when I went to pick up some of my
stuff later.

Unsurprisingly, they went titsup.com six weeks later, so *I* was lucky
and got the month's notice pay I was entitled to.  Unlike the vast
majority of my colleagues.
