[geeks] ntp rant

The cheapest I've found is the TSS-100 (which I picked up a steal on a
pair of, one died though) and they retail at 1,999.00.  Anyone real good
at troubleshooting?  (one of them no longer powers up, I suspect the
firmware is blown, but have no way to check)
